How long does it last?
How long the hair lasts depends on you, and on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then normally could last longer than 1 year.
Why the hair color I received doesn't seem exactly as the picture show or as description says?
Different monitors have different displays. We suggest a color ring for your future order color reference.
Can they be straightened, curled?
Yes you could use straightener or hair curler to style the 100% virgin human hair. However, please don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.
Can I dye/color the hair?
Yes. The virgin hair can be colored. We recommend professional hair stylist to make dye your hair. If you cant get to a salon please be careful in choosing, use good quality products and test a small sample first.
What's the best temperature for flat iron or curled iron?
We recommend 160-180 Celsius degree or 320-360 Fahrenheit degree. Even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high without the proper time control and heat protection. Human hair will dry easily after leaving the donor, therefore do not dye or bleach the hair frequently.
Will this hair hold curls well?
Yes. Our hair can hold curls beautifully! We have some tips: 1. Find correct temperature for hair curling. We suggest you raise the temperature little by little to test it out. 2. Time control is very important, we suggest let the wand/curler sits on the hair around 8-10 seconds with proper temperature. 3. Applying a small amount of hair spray will keep the curl pattern durable for the whole day.
